History

An amateur brewer since 2002, Denis is also involved in business management, holding a bachelor's degree in the field. He currently works as the head of the service department at TechnoDiesel. Denis brings seriousness to the team with his constant discipline, making him responsible for a lot of paperwork, but he still makes sure to be a great beer taster (what a tough job!). Above all, Denis always sees the glass half full, a talent we couldn’t do without! The kind of player you want on your team. He’s also an indefatigable athlete (cycling, volleyball, kayaking…). Originally from Beauce but living in St-Cuthbert for nearly 20 years, it’s safe to say his roots extend all the way to Berthierville, where he’ll be proud to share a beer with you!

An amateur brewer since 2004, David stays focused on the task at hand. In fact, it’s by accumulating a variety of experiences in the field that he’s become our expert. He’s worked several times with professional brewers (La Forge du Malt, La Chasse-Pinte, La Veillée, Le Prospecteur, Tadoussac) while continuing to brew regularly in 100L batches to perfect his craft. He also holds a bachelor's degree in science, which helps him satisfy his desire to uncover all the secrets of beer. His degree also serves him well in his work as a science teacher at high school level for over 10 years. Originally from Berthierville, you’ll likely see him lovingly (and carefully) cleaning a stainless-steel tank… yes, that’s part of the brewer's job too!
